Looking Back?

Sometimes, I wish I could go back to when we were planning our wedding, even to before we were engaged.

Hmmmm???

It's true.

I *love* being married. Seriously, it's really awesome and completely rewarding. But the time right before we got married was so freaking exciting. The anticipation of starting a new life was truly thrilling. There's also a part of me that wishes I knew then what I know now, but I guess that's always how it is, isn't it?

I'm only saying this as a reminder that I still have so very much to look forward to. There will be huge events and celebrations, life changing decisions and movements. And even in the in betweens, there's tons of incredible living to be done. Plus, I get to witness some friends take huge steps in their own lives.

Growing up, my life was marked with huge events. Tons of moves, new schools, changes. Maybe I get antsy when I sit still for too long. But I can certainly complain *loudly* when I'm asked to move...

It's easy to get caught up in the past, especially when the past was really great. But there's so much living to do *right now*, and even more to come.
